Breakups can be rough and they can be crazy; no matter what, no one really wants to go through them. The loss of your relationship can bring on intense heartache. A break up usually starts with a phase of paralyzing shock then turns into helplessness and deep grief. It appears impossible to ever be happy again. Wouldn’t it be good if there was a secret how to get over a break up? Pain like no physical wound can compare to. So how to deal with this is a big question...No amount of therapy or drug can heal..The only thing that can heal ur broken heart is YOU....
Think through everything thoroughly, but not obsessively. Go ahead and mull it over, as many times as necessary, within reason. Consider all the reasons you two broke up. Understand that you enjoyed being together but if the relationship was not what both you and your partner wanted for life, it would have ended eventually, no matter what. In this case, better sooner than later. Thinking about the reasons why it ended can make it much clearer to you that it takes two people to start a relationship, but just one disinterested person is enough to end it.
Don't rethink your decision. If the breakup was your decision, keep in mind that only thinking about all the good times you had with your partner may cause you to forget the reasons why you broke it off. It's very common to romanticize the good parts of the relationship, convincing yourself that maybe the bad parts weren't so bad after all, that maybe you could just live with them. Don't play this game with yourself. Accept the situation and work on moving forward.
Don't think you're unlikeable! There are plenty of fish in the sea If he/she wasn't the fish, your emotions are telling you. Find someone else. Remember there will always be someone out there for you!
Deal with the hate phase. This is when you want to just scream because you think that your hearts gonna break into a million piecess. The amount of anger you feel depends on how bad the split was,You may resent your ex for wasting your time. You may even feel a lot of anger towards yourself, but let go of that feeling fast! It's a waste of time and energy to rip yourself apart over something you no longer have the power to change. There are so many positive things you can do with your emotions and energy. Although it may feel good to replace your feelings of love towards your ex with hate, this can still lead to complications and mixed emotions of love and hate which are never a good thing.
Talk to your Buddies. You want people around you who love you and who will help you feel good about yourself. Surrounding yourself with compassionate n supportive friends will help you see yourself as a worthwhile person, and you'll find it easier to get steady on your feet again with your loved ones around you in a comforting net.
Go Wild. Go out and have fun. Sitting at home and cryings not gonna change the situation. Dress your best and go out.Meet some new interesting people and let your hair down. Take off for a Holiday.Sing out loud with no constraints at a Karaoke Bar Do things you are normally too timid to do. Trust me this helps.....
Find happiness in other areas of your life. Whether that means spending time with your friends and family, signing up for that class you've always wanted to take, or reading some juicy Novel, remind yourself that a relationship is one part of life, but even when you are in one, there are personal pleasures that you can always enjoy on your own. Indulge in those things now. As they say, the best revenge is living well. Enjoy being single.: )
Understand that no matter how bad things may seem you will get over it. It may not seem like it now but it could be the making of you to build a better relationship.
Stop thinking of him! If he's not on your mind you'll get over him really fast! It might be hard to stop thinking about him but the only way to get over him is NOT to start dating some one else. Remember that its not right to hurt someone else because of your selfish reasons
Finally your gotta be ready to let go. Understand that there is no benefit in holding on to heartache, regret, and hatred toward another person. Realize that although it is over, your relationship with that person was unique and special in a lot of ways. You can congratulate yourself for being brave enough to take a risk and fall in love, and encourage your heart that even though love didn't work out this time, there will be a next time.
Now your all set to love again.....Best of Luck!!!!!

10 Tips that will get you closer to achieving a flat Tummy
Here's a quick quide you can follow to help flatten your stomach. Print this list out and post it somewhere in your house where you'll see it.
1. Walk/jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism in order to burn that fat.
2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.
3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times per week. Pilates works on toning your entire body with concentration on your middle section and will improve your flexibility.
4. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice should be limited. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. To get that needed fiber increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones).
5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum because these products often cause bloating and gas.
6. Perform proper crunches at least 3 times a week to train your abs. Avoid sit-ups because they really do very little to firm your stomach. Sit-ups work your hip flexors more than anything else.
7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only will it help fill you up so you eat less, but it aids in digestion.
8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime. If you have to munch on something, eat a small portion of vegetables or fruit. Not eating late can make a huge difference.
9. Eat smaller meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals per day to keep from having that bloated look and feeling. Eating more meals actually kicks up your metabolism.
10. Take a break from healthy eating once in a while and treat yourself to your favorite dessert. If you completely deprive yourself of the foods you love you'll run the risk of going back to your bad eating habits. Moderation is the key.
Just remember that slow and steady wins the race when it comes to slimming your waistline and flattening your stomach. There's no such thing as losing your stomach fast. You have to work at it daily and remain consistent with your diet and exercise.
If you remember nothing else, remember this: A flat stomach comes with TOTAL BODY FITNESS - not just from spot toning your stomach with crunches.

Give India
My friend Karen is serving as a Fellow at Teach For India and is placed in a low- income school at Malad, Mumbai by the name of Divine Child High School. She plans to set up a library in the school to inculcate the habit of reading as well as independence. The most important thing is not only to set it up but also see that it is a change that is sustainable. For this, the library not only requires infrastructure but proper systems as well. It would be absolutely great if you donate in small amounts or big. Your donation will help a long way to make this happen. Feel free to ask Karen any question you have. And remember it feels very good to share!

Dinner Extravaganza @ Global Fusion
Last Night for a very special night so I told Josh, "Hey lets go to Global Fusion"....Without ant inhibition Josh agreed with me so late night which was a very special nite Josh N Trisha went on a date to Global Fusion, Bandra
Just a little brief on Global fusion
Global Fusion is an Off Beat Restaurant in Mumbai that serves a fusion of Chinese, East asian, Japanese, Pan-Asian, Teppanyaki & Thai food
This place is unique since there is no menu and you must serve yourself from a buffet which in fact is a feast fit for a king. What's more, you can eat as much as you want - the deal is unlimited food, soft drinks and desserts!
Getting back on my take of Global Fusion....
As soon as we got out of the lift and entered the restaurant the first thing that struck me was....Damn, this place is huge. Besides being huge its gorgeous as well. In the midst of Room 1 is a fish pond and a pretty little water fall. Oh n the fat frog with the big paunch in the middle of the pond is so bloody adorable
After being seated we looked around and felt lost... There was so much food all around. We didn't know where to start so after settling down and ordering something to drink we hatched a plan of how we would go about eating as much as we want
We walked to the starter section like two hungry gluts and kept ordering whatever sounded or looked yum.
Satisfied with our greed we got back to our seats and in no time our table started over flowing with different kinda Dim Sim's, Oyster, Lamb, Pomfret, Tuna, Yum Boneless & nameless fish and lots of prawn delicacy's
After stuffing out self with everything we headed back more confidently for Round 2. At this point the only thing I recommend you don't try is the so called BBQ chicken. It reminded me of Idle stuffed Masala
After relishing the starters we started eying the sushi platters nicely arranged in the adjacent room
Geared with out plates in hand we marched towards the Sushi & Sashimi Counter all set to have our first bite of authentic Sushi. From the vast spread of Sushi I can just remember 3 kinds: Bara Sushi, Nigiri Sushi & Onigiri Sushi. I wont recommend eating raw Squids because they stink a little but the Red Snapper, Crab, Prawns, Tuna, Anchovies ( salt-water forage fish ) & Oyster were all mind blowing. Oh n never ever spoon down Wasabi although it may seem harmless. Josh made the mistake of doing that and his expression after that was priceless
So after we relished the Sushi our tummies were almost full. We took a break from eating for sometime hoping to catch a break before downing some more food and later moved on to the main course. This was the only non exciting section. They don't have a lot of variety and the food seems like the regular Chinese or Thai food you find around...
The last part of our meal was refreshing after the boring main course.
It was DESSERT TIME!!!!!!
There was a counter with Baskin Robbins Unlimited Ice cream with a variety of their best flavors to choose from.Too bad I was stuffed at this pint so I had just one scoop of the Mint Choco Chip Ice cream while Josh enjoyed two scoops of ice cream. Along with the ice cream they also have cute little pastries, jelly's, custard and Mini Bon Bon's to choose from. Oh and just next to that is the Cookie counter. The Butter cookie was my personal favorite.
Finally filled up & completely satisfied with our grand dinner we left Global Fusion as Happy Customers all set to visit again.

I don't even know where to begin! This place boasts of possibly the LARGEST menu i have ever come across under the Chinese Cuisine! It is sooo confusing because everything looks so tempting and honestly-- it is :). They possibly have every dish covered under Chicken, Fish, Lamb , Crabs and Prawns! i couldn't have possibly eaten everything (especially considering HOW LARGGGEEE their portion is!) but i know for a fact that their Prawn Pot Rice, Crispy Thread Chicken , Prawns in Sezchuan Sauce, Red Chilly Pepper Babycorn and Thai Pot Rice (PHEWWW!!!) is BRILLIANT ! I can assure you that you will love everything they have on the menu! And coming to the BEST part-- the desserts!!!! 5 Spice has Sinful Temptations for all with a sweet tooth out there --Death by Chocolate , Rich Chocolate Pie, Amazing Cheesecakes, Toblerone cake, Chocolate Flakes Gateaux, Mission Impossible (!!!!!) and Rocky Road! Wherever you eat a 5 spice meal- Fort, Bandra or in your Living-room - you will love it!! It doesn't even end here-- most importantly -- this ravishing spread comes at an unbelievable price (avg 500 per person!). I hope i have managed to convey what i wanted to through this review-- if u haven't been to 5 Spice , you certainly haven't been "Living it Up."

Leopold Cafe
Leopold's Cafe and Bar is probably one of the most well-known restaurants among the ones located on Colaba Causeway. Although it's similar to Cafe Mondegar, there are things other than the food to draw one to this particular joint, such as the scenes in and about the place. Look inside and discover there a very vibrant, humming crowd of customers hailing from various nationalities and walks of life. Look outside and enjoy the most thrilling view of good ol' Mumbai possible. Another attraction of Leopold's is that it is a place that believes in serving hefty portions of food at a reasonable price.
The hot & Sweet beef,Dragon Prawns, Beef Teriyaki, Fish with Baboo shoots & Mashrooms, 3 in 1 rice and various salads are awesome
Gregory David Roberts a.k.a. Shantaram maybe seen here :)

Golden Wok
Golden Wok is spacious, but uncluttered – two floors restaurant in New Bombay. The chinese interiors give it a very serene look
The menu has a fair mix of the usual suspects, plus some more exciting looking stuff. You have pages based around fish, prawns, squid (just a few items), lamb, chicken (a couple of pages worth), and a largish vegetarian selection. Strangely, no pork, which is a little disappointing. :(
The soups served here are yum. The Crispy Thread Chicken & The Dimsims are very good, and quite a substantial serving for a starter.
Chinese tea to sip between dishes and cleanse the palate isn’t on the menu, but it is served if you ask for it. You are given the option of eating your rice with chopsticks here too
If you love seafood I highly recommend the squids here. You may not have a lot of variety in this section but whatever is there is really good.
The Chicken black peper sauce and chicken Volcano is a treat for those who favor poultry
From the other dishes , the Chicken Burnt Ginger Garlic Rice is a clear winner, even if a little too oily.
Dessert has limited options if you want to stay true to the mission have the Honey-glazed Noodles with Ice-cream
The verdict: Food, decent. Excellent value for money in terms of serving sizes. A starter and a main course are more than enough for two moderate eaters. If you even eat heavy, you may still get change out of thousand. The clincher? Warm, very friendly, attentive service. I’ll be eating there again soon.

Joss
JOSS, a fine dining restaurant,is the success story and brainchild of renowned Chef Farrokh Khambata. Nestled in the corporate and art hub of Kala Ghoda, the restaurant has created a niche for itself in the world of Modern Far Eastern Cuisine and promises further delight with time to come. This gastronomical adventure offers authentic Japanese, Malaysian, Indonesian and Balinese cuisine.
The menu flaunts dishes like the Oriental Crab Bisque, the Crisp but Tender Peking Inspired Duck, Nonya Bamboo Chicken, Balinese Clay Pot of Zucchini, Young Corn and Broccoli; Norwegian Salmon Flavored with Dill, Lemon Butter and Crisp Seaweed, and also the Mekong Whisky Flambéed Prawns in China Spoons. The Sushi at JOSS, which is already well-appreciated in the party circuit, is priced realistically and made with the freshest ingredients.
The silken coconut and basil hot- seller Balinese Curry or Grilled Chicken Breast with Coriander 'n' Wasabi, Oyster in Red Wine Sauce are a must try. Wind up with the Joss Hot Kahlua Chocolate Souffle or a really interesting dessert of Sushi of Strawberry 'n' Banana in Chocolate Nori with Kiwi Wasabi and Blueberry.
A must visit.

Shoes make our hearts go boom
Men always want to know whats it about shoes that make us women go crazy ....
Men love their cars, their Bikes, their Sports and in the same way women love their shoes. OK not entirely true...Women really really love their shoes
A friend once told me, when you're sad and blue play a happy song or dance to some thumping music and sing your heart out or dance like crazy....that way you can forget about your problem for a while...but i have a better solution..
SHOES!!...we don't even have to buy them..just try them on will do the trick...
Personally speaking, They help me overcome depression!
It's true! Whenever I have had a fight with my boyfriend or best friend and then gone and tried on pretty high heels from a display, it lifted up my mood!
There's nothing like getting a new pair and wearing them out the first time. Especially if they're sexy high heels.
Long before spiked heels with exotic names became objects of desire, chicks have been shoe-crazy. But recently, we got proof of exactly how crazy: While sales of most things had plummeted thanks to the recession, footwear sales went up compared to the same period the previous year.
Yes, buying a pair of shoes has always had near-supernatural effects — like instantly updating an outfit from last year or just making you feel hotter than hell — but that doesn't fully explain how footwear is beating the odds in sales. Trust science to have the answer: Turns out, we've always been wired for shoe lust, even when the going gets tough.
First of all, there's some serious mood-boosting going on when you try on any kind of apparel
When you go even higher — to stilettos — another element rears its head: sex. Stilettos are undoubtedly foxy, but why, exactly? "When a woman wears them, she assumes a primal mating pose.
But there's more to it than how hot your ass looks. According to the author of The Brain in Love, our minds are structured in a way that may associate feet with sex. "The area of the brain that communicates with the genitals is right next to the area that deals with the feet," says the book. "These regions share neural crosstalk, which may be why shoes can be erotic." And we thought it was just our lust for high style talking.

Destiny or something like it
The quote “Destiny is not a matter of chance, but a matter of choice. ” by William Jennings Bryant applies very much to not only my life, but my everyday attainments.
This quote can be translated into a manageable form, meaning that destiny is not something that will come to you; instead you must go after your goals.
Some people do believe that certain things are meant to happen as in the people you meet and the person you marry. I don't think that destiny has anything to do with the person that you fall in love with. For example if everyone in this world was destined to fall in love with someone, and there was a perfect match for everyone, then why don't people find him or her? Why does divorce happen? Destiny whether it is real or not is not fair. It never seems to work in favor of the person. The very few times that people actually do find their "perfect mate" then the notion of destiny and that they were meant to be together comes up but I just think that is just an excuse for a relationship that works.
Another point in a person's life that people may say that he or she is destined for is their career. The course of your career and who you are in life is all on the person not a predetermined situate. Whether the person applies himself and goes to school and then to college and eventually gets a career on his own is his prerogative.
Bill Gates was not destined to be the richest man in the world I believe. I think that he had a dream and the worked hard when he was young to become what he is today.
I would conclude by saying that the notion of destiny is just an excuse that people use for the misfortunes or fortunes that they encounter. SO MAKE YOUR OWN DESTINY & DON'T EXPECT IT TO COME TO YOU IN A GOLDEN PLATTER
